How did I put on weight?

During my class 12 I used to sit and study at one place for long hours munching all sorts of things in between. As I had very little physical exercise I put on 10 kgs extra.

Starting with weight loss!

As soon as I got my diet plan from my nutritionist I followed it strictly with 45 minutes of exercise. In the first 2 months of my diet plan I lost almost 4 kgs which motivated me to continue it further. At the end of 6 months I have lost about 10 kgs.



Getting a new life!

As I lost weight I felt more active,fit and confident.

How did I put on weight?

Lifestyle is the only contributor. Unhealthy and unbalanced eating
habit clubbed with lack of exercise equal to weight gain.

Starting with weight loss!

I had been trying to lose weight since one year by skipping dinner
and going to gym. Initially, I lost a few kilos but then there was no
further weight loss. At that time, one of my close friends was
taking Dr. Ishi Khosla’s diet plan and showed very good results.
So I also decided to try it.

would say the initial 10 days required a bit of special attention.
After that the results were motivating me to keep going. Every day
I would see a reduction of 100 – 200 kilo. The daily food diet
review has been really helpful to keep me on track. The review
would not only tell me if I got off track from the diet plan, but also
provided alternatives to go less off track rather than going fully
off board. I would give full marks to the daily reviews. Ms. Mishita
Madan has done a great job in this regard.
Now after completing 3 months of Weight Loss Program, I
obviously feel very light and more confident. I also feel I have a
better understanding of what constitutes a balanced daily diet
and this understanding will go a long way in keeping me healthy.


Advice for anyone!

What I would advise to anyone is to go for it. You will learn new
ways to eat right and enjoy eating at the same time. After all “If
you are not going to take care of your body, where are you going
to live.”
Finally to conclude, Thomas Edison said “The doctor of the future
will no longer treat the human frame with drugs, but rather will
cure and prevent disease with nutrition.”

I had already reduced around 15 kgs before joining the programme with exercise and determination. Never had taken any programme before that. But now this was a plateau. I was always apprehensive of joining weight loss programs. But my nutrionist , Miss Mishita Madan was too good and her suggestions and plans helped me overcome my plateau.
